Robert Kowalski
President I Senior Security Advisor
Robert Kowalski is the President and co-founder of Iron Gate Security Group LLC and brings more than four decades of law enforcement, investigative, and security leadership experience to the firm. His background includes service at the federal, state, and local levels, including more than 20 years as an FBI Special Agent and seven years as a Chief of Police.
In addition to his law enforcement career, Robert has served as a corporate director of security, giving him practical experience in organizational protection, threat assessment, investigative matters, and security program leadership. His experience spans criminal investigations, executive-level security concerns, policy development, and operational oversight in complex environments.
At Iron Gate Security Group, Robert helps clients address risk through strategic security guidance, assessments, protective planning, and real-world solutions tailored to their people, property, and operations.
Adam Kowalski
Co-founder I Security Consultant
Adam Kowalski is a co-founder of Iron Gate Security Group LLC and brings a strong background in aviation, military leadership, and business strategy to the firm. He has extensive experience operating in high-responsibility environments where sound judgment, risk management, and disciplined decision-making are critical.
He has more than 15 years of leadership experience as an Army Aviation Officer in the National Guard, where he has served in key command and operational planning roles, including Company Commander, Training and Plans Officer, and other strategic planning positions. He holds an MBA, a Master of Accountancy, and a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Security. At Iron Gate Security Group, he helps clients strengthen security through strategic guidance, protective planning, and practical solutions tailored to real-world risks.
